Refund policy

If you are not completely satisfied with your purchase, I’m sorry. You can return the item in its original, unused condition within 14 days of delivery for store credit. Please get in touch with me to discuss your options.

The item must be received in a resalable condition. Returned items should be unused and unworn and must be packaged carefully. Items received in a broken condition due to poor packaging will not receive a refund.

In case of a craftsmanship defect, a request for a full refund within 14 days of your receipt of the item will be granted and issued after the item has been returned safely to Bedrock Rose. 

When returning your item, you must purchase shipping insurance; Bedrock Rose is not responsible for missing packages. If the returned item is not received or received in damaged condition due to poor packaging, no refund can be credited.
